Want to Monitor Data separately?
You can use Profile Views to Separately View the Data of Sub Domains.
1.    Click on “Admin”

2.    Click on “VIEW (Profile)”

3.    Click on “Create New View”

4.    Choose “Reporting View Name” The name can be “Shop View.”
Now Go to Filters under the Desired Profile View

Click on Create New Filter, Name the Filter Sub Domain Track

Now you can customize the Filter, with Include and Exclude data of Hostname, Sub Directories, IP and ISP as well.

Now you will be able to see the traffic coming to specific sub domains exactly. For Testing whether you are receiving the data, you can view Real Time data of Profile where you can see the number of live users and site pages.
